Carlos F. Nieves, shareholder and partner in charge of the Audit Department. He has more than 19 years of experience in public accounting and tax strategy service. Known in his community as an industry leader, he is a recognized practitioner providing support services in construction litigation and claims. He has taught professional education to the Asociación de Contadores Públicos de Puerto Rico (Association of Public Accountants of Puerto Rico) and other professional institutions such as Banco Popular de Puerto Rico, Colegio de Ingenieros y Agrimensores de Puerto Rico (Association of Engineers and Surveyors of Puerto Rico (CIAPR)), Associated General Contractors of America (AGC) and others. Nieves earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the University of Puerto Rico.
